Richard Shearer, the relatively new CEO of Tintra (he was only appointed on 2 July 2021) continues with his impressive and rapid transformation of the former uber dog St James House (SJH). Under his leadership Tintra (TNT) is now giving clear guidance of its strategy and the next steps in that process to shareholders and then rapidly executing on those steps.

Tonight’s offer from Primary Bid is Mercantile Ports (MPL) at 0.45p. If you register for Primary Bid through us and please do so here) we earn a small fee each time you take part in an offer. Notwithstanding that I suggest you do not take up this offer. This is a bargepole stock, a company that should have been slung off AIM years ago as it is a disgrace to capitalism.I have written to Primary Bid.

Is the sound okay? The arrival of the Mrs and Jayarani means a change of recording location. I start with Peter Brailey’s Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) expose. If the FCA does not come down on director Ron Pilbeam like a ton of bricks we might as well all give up. Then I look at Vast Resources (VAST) – a total bargepole stock where I sniff a deeply discounted placing – then challenge you on two counts regarding Online Blockchain (OBC) before considering Argo Blockchain (ARB) its strangely worded RNS today and whether it will still be solvent on St Ledger’s day.

In this podcast I start with Baby Bear, Graham Neary, and why he is wrong on Fastjet (FJET). The trouble is that he is being too nice. Baby, try to remember that we bears are meant to be complete and utter bastards. I then discuss my own Greek planning woes and those of Minoan (MIN). Then it is onto e-therapeutics (ETX) and today's RNS which stinks to high heaven. This is now an A1 bargepole stock. I then cover Atlas African (AAI), Andalas (ADL) - what price the next placing? - Hague London (HNL) and MX Oil (MXO) again what price its next placing? 0.1p looks about right to me.

We have for some time suggested that offshore energy services business SeaEnergy (SEA) was a bargepole stock. The company has pretended otherwise, by taking on more debt and by issuing infuriating releases about how shareholders were funding management to go get pissed at black tie awards ceremonies. Today, SeaEnergy fessed up: The Sheriff & Deputy Sheriff of AIM were right all along. We usually are.

Earlier today my colleague Robert Tyerman penned some bullish bollocks on African Potash (AFPO). In this bearcast special I explain why he is 100% wrong. This company is drowning in red flags and is a 100% bargepole stock. It is just worthless shite on the AIM Casino. The shares are a storming sell.

I believed in Insetco (INC) briefly but then warned folks to sell quite explicitly as new information came up. I labelled it a bargepole stock HERE - you cannot say that you were not warned. I can only hope that the BB Morons who say they buy everything I say sell did just that. The moral here...
If a proven fraudster like Terry Ramsden is shown to be involved, especially behind the scenes, get out. Insetco was booted off the AIM Casino on May 18 as its Nomad (belatedly) quit. I had warned it about Ramsden well before it announced it was quitting.
And now the fat lady has sung as

I have noted on a number of occasions that fully listed CIC Gold (CICG) where the largest shareholder is Stuart Bromley’s CIC Capital is a complete and utter bargepole stock and that VSA Capital should be thoroughly ashamed for bringing this POS to the market. And now for more evidence of why this is just not investment grade material – it’s the Bromley factor.

The Nomad to Insetco (INC) quit today. I now have more to reveal on this in this podcast special and I bring to your attention the conman crook Terry Ramsden (do a Google search). This is a bargepole stock.
